Chocolate protein bar


If you're doing some sport and you're searching for a healthy snack to help you to get ready for the summer, you should try out those chocolate protein bars. It's so easy! No need to buy the expensive stuff. And best is, you  don't even need an oven for it!

For one portion you need: 30gr peanut cream, 30 gr protein powder, 5 gr cacao powder, some stevia sweetener, some almond powder, some water to get the creamy consistence

Mix all that together and let it bake for 30-45 seconds in your microwave. Yep! Now you can cut it in slices. Put it in your fridge for some hours and it's ready for snacking!

    Ich mag deine Posts echt gerne. Habe deinen Blog auch schon etwas länger im Blick. Hättest du Lust, dass wir uns gegenseitig unterstützen und via GFC, Bloglovin und Google + folgen?
